AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance Platform
- Our AI powered embedded agent in the vehicle continuously monitors key health parameters from the vehicle modules and does a threshold compliance check. It works in conjunction with our sophisticated Cloud backend applying AI to determine the best software package that recalibrate the modules to the desired compliance level.
- The cloud backend system is fully connected to all the deployed vehicles and drives valuable metrics
- As part of this suite, we also have a comprehensive one-stop dashboard for the vehicle fleet operators to manage the health calibrationsacross the fleet. It has out of the box capabilities like email and mobile notifications when there is threshold deviation of critical elements like ADAS calibration needs, battery degradation in EV etc.

Smart Battery Management and EV Conditioning System
- Batteries form the backbone of EV vehicles and the modern SDV based architectures on EV and the ISO 26262 Safety measures further emphasizes the need to have redundant power systems in place, especially for critical motion control systems. Our Liimra EV Suite provides a comprehensive solution to address various challenges – current and future – in this space.
- The EV suite currently supports two main use-cases. BMS: Battery Management System Dashboard. EVCS: EV Conditioning Scheduler.
- The Battery Management Dashboard acts a one-stop-shop for the fleet operator to monitor the battery maintenance metrics including those that define battery degradation, range anxiety, inefficient charging, and energy management
- The EVCS is another product within this suite that helps in deploying the cloud-schedules for EV configurations in the vehicle. This includes setting Charge Remaining threshold, battery alarm thresholds, enabling battery charge station preferences, and other EV specific configurations. This also enables smart-grid connectivity using V2E mechanism on a limited geofence where smart-grid infrastructure is deployed.
