In these Terms, we refer to those buying our training services as Delegates and to their preferred mode of training as Classroom Training, Online Training, Live Online Instructor-Led Training. We refer to those lead our training as Lead Trainers and SME – Subject Matter Expert SME or Trainers or Contributors Service Buyers, Contributors and other visitors to the Services are referred to collectively as Users.
Eligibility to Use the Services
Users under 18 years of age are not eligible to use the Services without consent. Users between the ages of 13 and 17, can use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, provided such parent or legal guardian also agrees to bound by the Terms and agrees to be responsible for such use of the Services. Users suspended from using the Services are not eligible to use the Services. Liimrasoft Solutions reserves the right to refuse the use of the Services to anyone and to reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend any Online access or training opted by delegates, or the Services at any time for any reason without liability.
“Liimrasoft Solutions” is a technology service organization focus on providing comprehensive IT Solutions, IT Staffing, consulting, Professional Training & Coaching Services (Online and physical training for people and entities seeking to raise their standards of handling day to day work with expert proven techniques).
Campaign Owners have been closely evaluated on time-to-time basis to ensure they follow the ethics of marketing and abiding to government laws, if we notice or bought us by someone who in been practicing unethical code of conduct, Liimrasoft Solutions reserves the right to terminate the service by giving written notice within 3 days. Liimrasoft Solutions makes no representations about the quality, safety, morality or legality of any Marketing Campaign Policies, Campaigns are outsourced to third-party vendors for Contribution, or the truth or accuracy of User Content (as defined below) posted on the Services. Liimrasoft Solutions does not represent that Campaign Owners will deliver leads or that Contributions will be used for marketing purposes.

Prohibited Marketing Campaigns
Campaign Owners are not permitted to create a Campaign to raise false awareness about Liimrasoft Solutions services for illegal activities, to cause harm to people or property, or to scam others. If the Campaign is claiming to do the impossible or its just plain phony, don’t post it. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their Marketing Campaigns, including offerings and using user’s information safely. Campaign Owners shall not make any false or misleading statements in connection with their Campaigns. If noticed, then we will have to terminate the service within 3 days by giving written notice.
Prohibited Visual Elements in Marketing Campaign Images
Marketing Owners are not permitted to do any of the following with Campaign images:
Incorporate Liimrasoft Solutions, Or Any of the Governing Bodies like (PMI, AXELOS, APMG, People Cert, Scrum Alliance) colours and branding elements, including but not limited to logos, coloured frames, borders or badges
Include any visual element that could be interpreted to have been produced by Liimrasoft Solutions, including but not limited to banners, progress bars or funding stats.
Include any visual element that communicates endorsement by Liimrasoft Solutions.
Include any Trademark Logos and Images without the consent of regular governing bodies.
Refund Policy for Delegates and Corporate Offices:
1. Classroom Training or Live Virtual classes
After booking the class if there are any changes in attendance date on attending the workshop, the participant must inform us 14 working days prior to the workshop start date, change in attending can be moved to a future date without extra charge only on medical reasons. However, after booking the class, if participants do not show up for the class, No Refund will be granted.
All cancellations must be notified over email and should get acknowledgment, the refunds will be provided as below:
If Liimrasoft Solutions cancels the classroom training, delegates must attend Online Live Virtual Class or ask for partial refund which is difference amount from Classroom to Live Online. At any circumstance know this there is no refund after placing the order (Booking, Registering, Enrolling).
All registrations should be made at least two to four weeks prior to workshops unless the website allows delegates to book it online over last minute.
If delegate decides to cancel his/her attendance after booking within 30 minutes then No Refund will be applicable. If Delegate decides to cancel his/her attendance more than 22 business days to start the workshop, then No Refund will be granted.
If Liimrasoft Solutions cancels the training, delegates have a choice to choose Online or Online Live Virtual Class If not Liimrasoft Solutions will move or reschedule it for future dates until it is confirmed.
2. Online Training
All cancellations must be notified over email and should get acknowledgement and the refunds will be provided as below:
Within 10 Days of registration and before accumulating 30 minutes training: 100% refund or transfer to another online course of Delegate Choice.
After 10 Days of registration and after accumulating 30 minutes of training: No refund will be applicable. Delegates will be paid back the same mode of payment they used to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed on different terms.

Delegates making any dispute over the service or offerings will not be entertained.
February 3rd, 2020 – Corona Virus Update
Due to the current Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, Liimrasoft Solutions is making an update to keep customers (existing and new) informed.
If you are using or continuing to use our services from February 3rd, 2020, we would like you to inform about the below conditions that come in effect and apply to all our training programs,
Customers who have signed up and made the payment for classroom training before/during this period are now eligible for
Opting our Live Online Virtual Classroom Training. They can switch to this mode of training without any additional charges.
Have the option to reschedule the classroom training for the next available slots (dates yet to be declared). To support our participants, we are waiving rescheduling charges on all training batches.
Due to the sudden changes caused by the natural calamity, the COVID-19 pandemic, and its effects on the market, the above two conditions are added to help customers with additional options to complete their training. In accordance with the above two conditions coming into effect from February 3rd, 2020, no cancellation and no refund policy are accepted and once the payment is made no refund is allowed. After the payment is made, the customer has the option to either take up the training in Live online mode or reschedule it to the next available date that shall be announced after the COVID outbreak subsides, the situation is under control and businesses receive a notice from the government to resume services.
For existing customers who are expecting their partial or full refund from Liimrasoft Solutions, we request you to be patient as a delay in processing your amount is expected due to the above-mentioned situation and lockdown of various staff and departments at the company.
Trainer and Other clients are informed to be patient. Since the outbreak was sudden and we are fighting the battle of Life and Survival, at this hour, the safety of our staff, clients, customer, and trainers is our utmost priority, so a delay in payments is normal. We truly appreciate your understanding of this as the whole world is bleeding.
